EXCEL Filler

Fill in values into the specified EXCEL file. If the specified file is an absolute path, a copy will be made in the working directory before making modifications.

EXCEL

EXCEL input file: Click PICK to select a file, enter the EXCEL file name from the working directory using the keyboard, or use the %FILENAME% variable.

input object

The input object represents the EXCEL file itself and provides synchronous functions:

  • activeSheet() – Returns the currently active worksheet.

  • sheet(sheetNameOrIndex) – Retrieves a specific worksheet by name or index.

  • sheets() – Returns a list of all worksheets in the file.

Sheet

Provides synchronous functions:

  • cell(address) – Returns the cell object at the specified address (e.g., "A1").

  • cell(rowNumber, columnNumber) – Returns the cell object at the specified row and column (zero-based index).

  • range(address) – Returns the range object for the specified address (e.g., "A1:B10").

Cell

Provides synchronous functions:

  • value() – Returns the current value of the cell or range.

  • value(value) – Sets the specified value to the cell or range.

Range

Represents a range object and provides synchronous functions:

  • value() – Returns the current values of the range.

  • value(array2d) – Sets the values of the range using a 2D array.
